Data recovery… No Data – No Fee

Take out and copy (working & undamaged in any way disks): £60

Soft recovery (limited functional disks): £150 (includes 2 DVDs media) + £10 extra DVD

Hard recovery where disks sustained heavy damage (falls, liquids, etc) from: £350

REMOTE ASSISTANCE
Sometimes all you would need is to have an engineer establish a secure connection to your computer and remotely fix the setting that cause malfunction. To use this option call us first then follow instructions as given. >>>>>Remote Help Console<<<<<

*Notes:
- Light repair in most Laptops: Hard Disk replacement, Memory upgrade (when parts are accessible without computer disassembly).
- Light repair in Towers - two of the following: Hard Disk, Memory, CD/DVD/Floppy, Fans, Power supply.
- Core Software:Operating System and Internet Security.
- Off-site labour capped at 6 hours (light repair* & core software).
- Pick up/Return: £15.
- Remote assistance: £0.60 min (£20 minimum)
- FMPC is not VAT registered, so we don't add any but you also can't claim it back from HMRC.
